QUICKLUBEINVESTING.COM ADVERTISING AGREEMENTThis agreement between William M. Pitzer Living Trust, d.b.a. www.quicklubeinvesting.com, hereafter referred to as WMP, and _________________________________________________________________, hereafter referred to as THE COMPANY, Date ________________________. WMP agrees to rent to THE COMPANY a rotating "banner space" on the web site known as www.quicklubeinvesting.com and THE COMPANY agrees to pay the sum of (Please Check One) in advance. The banner will be linked to THE COMPANY's web site. No refunds will be made. __Annually $1500.00 468x60 size banner __Annual $1000.00 234x60 size banner The Company is responsible for creating the banner within these measurements in GIF, or a JPG format with a file size not to exceed 60K(the smaller, the quicker it loads). Banners may be animated. WMP will send to the COMPANY a monthly stat sheet, stating the number of times that a viewer saw the COMPANY'S banner and how many times that a viewer clicked on the COMPANY'S banner. WMP retains the right to remove any "banner space" for any reason, refunding any unused moneys. Additional days will be given THE COMPANY for any days the web site is "down". THE COMPANY may submit a new banner anytime for a handling fee of $5.00. WMP refuses to accept any liability for the quality or visual presentation of THE COMPANY'S banner. WMP refuses to accept liability for any consequential damages or damages WMP has no control over.
